Delete Your Habitab Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how you can delete your account and all associated data.
Method 1: Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Habitab app:
Open Settings
Go to your Profile tab, then tap Settings (gear icon).
Account Management
Scroll down and tap "Account" or "Your Data".
Delete Account
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision. This action cannot be undone.
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

What happens when you delete your account?
🗑️ Permanently Deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All habits, tasks, goals, and journal entries
- Pet data, room customizations, and virtual items
- Streak records and achievement progress
- Mood tracking and reflection history
- Cycle tracking data (if enabled)
📋 May Be Retained
- Anonymized analytics data (non-identifiable)
- Purchase/transaction records (required by law)
- Data required for legal compliance
Processing Time
In-app deletion is processed after you confirm the request. Email deletion requests are processed after we verify the request and will be completed within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been completed.
⚠️ This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, the associated account data and user-generated content cannot be recovered.
